This was an animation created for an article discussing whether global brands have a heart. The brief was to create an animation of a heart made of a hard material such as stone/concrete which breaks apart and releases a vibrant and colourful heart. I used this as an excuse to throw in a load of 2d fx to really sell the idea of something bursting out of the stone.
